Delete your Koki account

1How to request deletion

Send an email to info@kokimoney.com from the email address linked to your Koki account, with the subject line "Delete my account." Include your account email in the body if it differs from the sending address.

We will confirm your identity and process the deletion within 5 business days of receiving the request.

2What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
• All linked sources (MoMo, Orange Money, bank, and cash balances you've added)
• All transactions, budgets, commitments, goals, and categorisation rules
• Your consent and notification preferences
• Your audit history tied to the account

3What may be retained, and for how long

• Aggregated, de-identified usage data that cannot be traced back to you may be retained for product analytics.
• Records we are legally required to keep (for example, for fraud prevention or compliance purposes) are retained only as long as the law requires, then deleted.
